Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) is a board that conducts recruitment exams for various posts under the departments of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCT of Delhi). DSSSB recruitment exams are conducted every year. The board releases vacancy notices for different posts along with details such as DSSSB exam dates, pay scale, and eligibility criteria. DSSSB Application Form 2021

DSSSB has started the application process for the 7236 posts notified under the advertisement number 02/21 and for 5807 posts of TGTs notified under advertisement number 03/21. Eligible candidates can apply online now by following the process given below:

• Visit the official website- dsssbonline.nic.in
• Click on ‘New Registration’ or Sign in
• Register by entering the required details or simply login
• Fill the DSSSB application form
• Upload scanned pictures of your photo and signature
• Pay the application fee (General/OBC- Rs 100 and SC/ST/PwD/Ex-S/Females- Nil)
• Submit and save the confirmation page

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has notified about the DSSSB recruitment 2021 on May 27, 2021 for 5807 vacancies of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in the Directorate of Education under the post codes 49/21 to 57/21. The application process for DSSSB TGT recruitment 2021 begins on June 4.

The second DSSSB notification was released on May 12, 2021 through the release of Advertisement No 02/21. The second notification of 2021 seeks to fill 7236 vacancies to the posts of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), Assistant Teacher, Jr Secretariat Assistant, Patwari and others. The online application process for these posts will begin on May 25, 2021.

The first DSSSB notification 2021 (Advertisement No 01/21) was released on March 4, 2021. The DSSSB has announced a total of 1809 vacancies to the posts of TGT, Special Educator (Primary), Pharmacist, Technical Assistant, Laboratory Assistant, Assistant Chemist, Assistant Engineer, Personal Assistant, Draftsman, Junior Engineer, Security Supervisor, Scientific Assistant, Programmer, and others. These vacancies will be filled in the Delhi Jal Board, New Delhi Municipal Council, Directorate of Ayush, Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board, and other organisations.

• Step 1: Click on DSSSB 2021 official website dsssbonline.nic.in
• Step 2: Click on ” New Registration “, Enter your personal details, click on the “submit ” button.
• Step 3: Again, candidates need to log in with their registered number, password & code and start filling the application form.Select for the post you want to apply and fill in the other details i.e. address, category, declaration box, and then select “Submit “.
• Step 4: The candidate has to upload scanned images of the photo, signature, left thumb impression, and right thumb impression.
• Step 5: Then Click on Next. Candidates have to fill educational qualifications and click on the “Final Save ” button.
• Step 6: Next, Candidates also have to fill essential /desirable qualifications.
• Step 7: After fill, all details, click on the final submission button.
• Step 8: After submitting the form, the candidate has to fill the payment. Candidates need to pay the application fee in online mode as per the post they are applying for.

DSSSB Exam Pattern and Syllabus

DSSSB Eligibility 2021

DSSSB eligibility criteria vary according to the post a candidate is applying for. However, the basic parameters that candidates need to fulfill in order to meet DSSSB eligibility criteria for different posts are:

• Candidates should clear class 12 from a recognised board
• Candidates should clear graduation from a recognised university
• Candidates should be between 18 to 32 years in age (varies as per the applied post)

DSSSB Selection Process 2021

The DSSSB selection process usually includes three stages as explained below. However, it may be noted that Two Tier exam and Skill Test might not be valid for some posts released by the commission.

One Tier Exam: This is a written test that contains objective-type questions on subjects such as General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability, Arithmetical & Numerical Ability, Hindi Language & Comprehension, and English Language & Comprehension

Two Tier Exam: This stage further includes two stages:

• Tier-I exam: This is an objective-type test containing questions on similar subjects as in one tier exam
• Tier-II exam: This is typically a descriptive test related to the subject chosen by a candidate or qualification of a candidate

Skill Test: Skill test (sometimes also called an endurance test) is basically an interview round that is taken as per the requirement of the job.

Important documents to carry

• It is mandatory for candidates to carry the DSSSB admit card to the allotted exam centre
• Along with the admit card, candidates are also recommended to carry a photo ID proof to the exam centre. Documents that can be carried as a photo ID proof are PAN card, Aadhaar card, driving license, passport, etc
